Two "girl group" songs from the sensational 60's:

"When I say I'm in love you best believe I'm in love L U V" - first line of "Give Him A Great Big Kiss" by the Shangri-La's.

"He hit me, and it felt like a kiss" - first line of "He Hit Me (And It Felt Like A Kiss) by The Crystals. As far as I know this record was banned and pulled from record stores soon after its release due to the controversial lyrics.
