Sean Connery and Robert Shaw did their own fight scene in From Russia With Love but they were too drunk to feel anything. Christian Bale and Tom Hardy both needed medical attention after their fight scenes in The Dark Knight Rises.

And William Smith is a legend!

The "Darker than Amber" fight scene became infamous as it reportedly became a real fight when one actor missed his mark and punched the other, who then retaliated and the fight escalated. That's reportedly real blood on both actors. The fight scene was heavily censored because it was reportedly so violent. The fight scene so impressed Bruce Lee that he wanted the director to work with him on "Enter the Dragon".
Its an infamous movie fight scene (but not a widely known one). Here's the legendary William Smith describing it:

We didn't use any stunt doubles at all. [Taylor] broke three of my ribs and I busted his nose ... but you don't even get to see it in [the cut] version. After he busted three of my ribs, I hit him with a bottle, a real one. ... He busted three of my goddamn ribs and I couldn't even breath and he was still hitting me. ...[Later...] When he whacked me with that board, he missed the knee pad and hit me [just below the knee]. To this day when I talk to him, I accuse him of doing it on purpose. Luckily that was the last take of the whole movie.

This is was a pleasant surprise, it was far better than it needed to be. Jay Baruchel is just as good a writer as Seth Rogen.
