To me Harvey's are Dog Shit. Fucking terrible. There's no meat in that. It's fucking kibble.

Licks or maybe Wendy's are the only Chain Burgers that are OK.

Better to just barbeque one up for yourself.

The best burger I have had in Ontario is from South Street, the hambuger is tasty and the variety of garnish is great. The best burger I have ever had is from White Spot in B.C. On the other end of the scale, someone told me Star Burger in Whitby was amazing, I thought It was as if someone wiped their ass with a bun.

Best burger i've ever had (not fast food tho) was a ribeye burger at globe bistro on the Danforth. $16.

Johnny's Burger is good, but not that special.
Smiley's homeburger was good before it closed down.
Harvey's Angus Burger is pretty good, too.
I was surprised, but Swiss Chalet's burger is decent. Reminds me of Hero Burger. But Hero burger is still better.
Pickle Barrel's burger is pretty good too.
Johnny Rocket's burgers isn't too bad.
Vera's Burger Joint in BC is pretty great if you're in the area. it was rated #1 in canada or something last year or 2 ago.

Kelsey's burger is edible...
Bradley Ogden's burger in vegas tasted good, but gave me the runs. (most vegas restos are overrated to me)

To me, i would say Harvey's Angus has the best commercial fast food burger (mcds, burger king, wendys, etc.). Then probably Heros. Or licks... hmm.

Foodies say the best burger joint in T.O is either Craft Burger, or Burgers Priest. I haven't tried them yet. But homeburger joints > fastfood places.

I want to try M:brgr. They have a $100 burger which i know isn't worth it, but so tempted to try.

For the chains, Harvey's or BK's steakhouse xt are reasonable.

Hero never impressed. Appache and Jonny's are great while drunk, otherwise...

Craft Burger is my take out choice.

Webber's

Lick's burgers are great, but the bun falls apart.

The best burgers I've ever had in my life, by far, are the ones I cook up for myself.
Restaurants have better fries though.

Yummys burger is so tasty and a big juicy one about 7" in diameter and only $6.99 each. They have 3 locations all along Yonge st. at Wellesley, Eglinton and 16th ave.

A few already mentioned Inand Out in Vegas. Pretty good. I couldn't believe how crowded it was yet I was in and out in no time.
5 Guys is very good for a chain place. I didn't know they were in the GTA, but I tried them in Montreal. As someone said, a bit pricey, but very tasty and generous portions.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Golden Star on Yonge, just north of Steeles. Great burgers. Fries are so-so, but the burgers makes up for the fries.

Ok, Zets on Airport Road has got a very Tasty Burger.
Sonnys in Brampton is over rated and the Vendors are like the Burger Nazis.
Full Bite Burgers at the corner Of Dixie & Dundas in Mississauga used to be awesome but I think that they have folded.
