Best country to hobby around in Latin America?

Planning a 7-8 days long remote working + hobbying trip down south, and just wanted to check with folks for which country from Latin America is safe for hobbying. Ideally looking for some place where:
a) hobbying is cheaper may be from Toronto
b) it's easier to book outcalls etc/ or have some reliable agencies to avoid scams

If you know any reliable agencies in those cities/country - please share it here as well. Here are options I was considering

1) Mexico City
2) Nicarguan
3) DR / Puerto Rico or Jamacia
4) Chile
5) Argentina
6) Brazil
7) Columbia

Cuba could have been good option but due to restrictive internet - one cannot work from there so not adding them on list.

I visit Cuba quite often and bring my work with me all the time ... never had a problem and I disclose this to the customs guy/lady if they ask. As for the Cuban internet being restrictive, a VPN is the answer to this problem. I use ExpressVu that charges me $15 (approx.) for one month. Easy to cancel and then reload on second trip. I stay at B&B's all the time and my B&B owner has an extra Cuban sim card that I use. Internet is quite cheap compared to Canadian standards. I believe ESTECA (the Cuban phone company) sells these sim cards also.

The only BAD thing about working from Cuba is the constant power shortages ... that's a real pain in the ass!!

I liked Argentina. For outcall escorts to your hotel room, or incall with a specific lady, my experience was very “Canadian-like”. A lot of guys want something different abroad, so many guys would prefer the slight additional danger of a place like Brazil to experience the Termas and Clinicas.

yeah power shortages can be blocker for video call. I have been to Cuba for regular vacation and I remember Google Apps for work did not work then. I don't think I tried with VPN, but that's good point - will try it out there.

"Canadian-like" for me is like some reliable agency like TP/Cupid etc.

Canada is just about the last of the Mohicans in allowing agencies. I guess some countries in Europe are still agency friendly.

But most of Argentina seems to have gone Independent.

I agree with Colombia either Bogota or my preference Medellin. It is one of the safer countries in latin america. Nicargua has political issues from my understanding and not may tourist still/ Argentina has had crackdowns on hobbying. Brazil is very popular but I did not feel safe when I was there years ago

I'm just back from Guadalajara where the "agencies" are great - I used Dany's and AlexScorts (both have web sites, but you just contact them via WhatsApp). Mexico City is also good, but there most of the girls are booked via their Twitter feeds. I really liked Bogota because there are girl clubs, like a regular night club, but all the girls there are available for take out. Fun fantasy for an older guy like me to pick up a hot young girl to bang. Costa Rica has clubs like that, too (at least, at Jaco Beach where I stayed). And Brazil (Sao Paulo and Rio) are fantastic for the termas and clinicas, as mentioned. Bogota is known for the wonderful GFE of its girls, and that was definitely the case for me, last time I was there (which was just before COVID hit). I went to brothels in Chapinero (a little more pricey but a safer neighborhood, about $100 CAD an hour for the girls), which are clustered together within walking distance - Chicas Milenio, Bar La 70, Las Vegas Club and Chicas 2000. These are like bars where you buy cheap drinks with a lineup of girls that you can choose (or not, no cover charge) to go the rooms. The two night clubs (also in Chapinero) were Pussy House and La Forty Nine (pricier than PH). They have rooms where you can take the girl, but I took them back to my hotel. Lots of fun!

I was back in Panama recently as well.

Pulled two Colombian chicas from Cafe Photo (formerly Habanos) @ $150. I had unique experiences with both.

Appreciate the intel and sounds like you had a good time, but dam $150-200 per session?! that seems incredibly high for cuba. From what I've read the going rate is like $50 USD.

Thanks everyone for their recommendation on this thread. Somehow my first trip to a LATAM country kept on delaying, and I just returned from 10 day trip from Columbia. I had a great time there due to these 2 agencies. Both the agencies were very reliable (photos were accurate, booker was very professional etc). No other issue.

Both the agencies were good in Bogota, I went on short 1-2 dya trip to Cartagena and the first agencies here could not setup. I feel Cartagena is more of a tourist trap, but Bogota was great.
I met few girls studying engineering, industrial engineering, 2 psychologist (3rd or 4rth year), lawyer etc ( she had her bar exam on Sunday). I skipped Medellin felt little risky to me. I did not use any of dating apps due to increase in numbers of scopolamine related drugging cases. Most of my bookings were via agency, where they visited me in my 4.5 or 5 star hotel (they are cheaper in Bogota..like CAD 100 / day). I found one thing very specular about Bogota hotels - due to rise in tourist getting drugged, and looted - good hotels go a extra step to ensure tourist safety and most of them will call you after the lady leaves your room, and before they leave hotel - just to check everything is ok.

Columbia was fun - but being safe is very important.

I will post detailed trip report separately, with details for hotel booking etc - but wanted to thank you everyone who replied on this thread. Next LATAM trips will be 1) few cities in Mexico and 2) Argentina.
