Best cell phones to take pictures/video

So you have found the phone you want to take the pictures, is there a photo stick out there that you can transfer the pictures to without downloading an app? Like plug it in and the select photos to transfer and have it done?

Last year I gave a family member a Galaxy S20 FE.
The Apple family member was amazed at the picture quality even after they did a comparison of the same scenery. The Galaxy owner doesn't know how to take pictures or video and yet their pictures and video are way the hell better than my Oneplus 7 or the Apple.
