Again, Nexicom could be a cheaper alternative. They also provide cable service. Unlimited for under $50 (for up to 12 Mbps). No caps. No throttling. There are only two networks in Ontario: Bell's and Roger's. My understanding is that all other companies, whatever they say, are just reselling these two networks.
Is the wire that comes into your home for Nexicom a Bell wire or a Rogers wire?
Bell resellers like teksavvy are being filtered by Bell's filtering, and as someone said, have started some hopeless lawsuit about it. I say hopeless because Bell has better lawyers.

I just called up Nexicom, I ask them if they throttle internet and/or bittorrent traffic, tech support guy says 'no'.BigBear7 said:
