Who really gives a fuck, Do you know anyone that goes over 300GB per month?
If so they need to get a life, to little to late. Bell sucks, and know that cable is being offered by several resellers you cam avoid Rogers too.

I did about 365 GB up, 165gb down in one month when I was seeding some rare films. Also, if you live in a household with many people (6+) it can happen. 300GB is pretty reasonable, however in principle I don't like the idea of being limited in any way.
