Just spent 2 sessions on phone with Bell . It seems that someone at the loyalty dept. "mysteriously " scheduled me for disconnection. My email acct was disabled last night @ midnight, and my internet connection was set to be disabled at midnight tonight.
The request was made 30 days ago (apparently) . These guys are total idiots . they were shocked when I told them I never had such a conversation with the loyalty dept. I asked why would they disconnect my email and wait for 24 hrs to disconnect my internet. All they could say was "That must be what you requested" they couldn't get it thru their thick skulls that I hadn't requested a termination of service. One person I spoke with , after she asked me repeatedly if I could still access the internet, and I told her yes each time, asked of I still had the modem or h ad I sent that back?
I felt like telling her that I had sent the modem back, but no doubt that would have just complicated things even more.
