Booked a last minute appointment with Becky at Aqua a few days ago after seeing some picks on BP. It was late-is (around 8:00 or so) and I was worried that she would not be able to see me. However, she said that she had the time (I booked an hour) so I got to it. Seemed nice upon arrival, but then switched prices on me from what the website had said. There was a special posted that was not honoured. I also paid for an hour and was back in my car in 35 minutes. This includes a pre and post massage shower. I know I could have said something, but I really did not want to get into it with her as what good could really come of it anyway? Service was fine, but felt quite ripped off. Three times I have attended one of the ALO groups and twice felt this way. I guess, I will stick with those who care what their clients think when they leave.

I should update that I did indeed receive a PM from a person at the spa (owner? manager?) and that I believe that there is a genuine interest from the spa to make this right. I commend them for their professional concern and approach to dealing with this and would suggest that people not hold it against them as I really do believe that they want to do things right at their spa. It was nice to get a pm that seemed genuine interest in my concerns with my experience rather than a mere rebuttal or denial of what I had said. Truly, a professionally run group.
I have been going to the ALO locations for years now (more than I want to admit LOL) and have generally had a very good experience with them. I too though, did not have a good experience with Becky and will definitely not repeat with her. Actually come to think of it, I don't think I've been back to any of their locations since. That was over three months ago now. I used to go at least once every two weeks to sometimes 3 times a week. Definitely a sour taste left in my mouth.

I never saw Becky for massage so can't comment on that but I have seen her a couple of times while I was at the Luna location on Carling and find her face to be really cute and she seems to have a pretty bubbly personality, when talking to her, at least. Given that first impression of her I really want her service to match but that's to be determined, I guess.
As far as other ALO attendants not being talked about the reason I haven't seen Becky yet is because Jessie at ALO is perfect for me. I haven't done a full reco/review of her because she didn't really want one so, okay. But now it seems something should be said so ... fun, cool, pretty, cute, dimples, dirty blonde, petite, slim, arty boobs, no tats (I think?), mid-30s, and she just knows how to click with me, anyway.

- Holly (ex-CMJ) is totally yummy in every way (attractive, nice, sensual).
- Tianna (ex-Paradise) is a very fun MA who knows her way around a man's body.
- Alexxandria is a very attractive woman with a dazzling smile but I haven't seen her on schedule for a bit.

I'm not sure that one can define Beckie's clientele as exclusively "big naturals" guys, but if that is a gentleman's preference, I can also suggest Carina, who works exclusively in the South end at either BSHS or VIP. She also has the friendly, GND personality and naturally pretty features.
I am about 70-30 with alo..... 70% of the time excellent and 30% terrible..... I've never had anything in between.
I will say this however .... The last time I was there I saw Janet and she was outstanding!
