(Out of curiosity) - I visited her site.
I filled out the form - but left a (not/applicable) answer in the fields for linkedin, etc, etc.
Honestly, If I provide an email and even a phone number - that should be enough.
If those are the rules she set for herself, as the bar to gain entry - then fine - but I am not sharing personal and job-related info with anyone.
I am not (that) anxious to have my life ruined both personally and professionally should the wrong person end up with that info, and choose to do unkind things.
I actually find it a bit naive and also unreasonable to expect that anyone would share that level of detail - (in this day and age) - and especially in this industry full of fakers and scammers.

Be patient, my friend. I had a reply the next day. Don't panic. She's a gem, she will get back to you.
Chill, gents. I emailed her the information requested on her screening form, including a reference from a established provider, and narrative introducing myself politely and with a touch of humour. I did not include job-related info (Linkedin). Seems the reference by itself suffices. Hannah responded very courteously within a day confirming that, with the reference, she did not require a pic of my driver's licence or passport. I am now looking forward to seeing her and will review once that has happened.

I thoroughly (understatement!) enjoyed my first visit with Hannah last evening. If you've ever wanted to date that gorgeous perfectly proportioned blonde with the great personality when you were in high school or university but found she was always surrounded by too many guys or always had a date when you asked her out... guys, this is your chance to do so. Hannah has only been providing companionship since December 2017, but it's easy to see why she has so many positive reviews. I won't re-hash here... DDG, GND, great GFE, extraordinary BBBJ skills, asking what I particularly enjoyed...but those breasts are my all-time favourites...perfect naturally firm handfuls, topped by protruding nipples with tips that I'm certain can cut glass. If that's not enough, her personality, conversation skills, intelligence and those alluring eyes will make you only want more of her. No wonder others have warned of possible developing additions. Take me to the detox centre now! As well, she'll be relocating to her own brand new upscale condo in downtown Ottawa very shortly. Go beyond yourself to treat her well.

Amber) and we spent a little bit of time getting to know each other.** As has been mentioned before, she is as much fun to spend time with talking as doing other things in the bedroom.** Once in the bedroom though she is consumed with ensuring your pleasure.** Fortunately, I think much of what brings me pleasure also pleases her.
What ever metrics you may choose (location, looks, attitude, skills, enthusiasm, etc.) she will meet or exceed them all.** I've included her web page below but she can also be found on Twitter where she frequently updates her availability.****Highly recommend.** I know I'm already looking forward to our next encounter.**

Haven’t seen her at that price point but if you have the means it’s well worth it.
But doesn’t matter anyway she’s on hiatus who knows if she’ll be back
I have seen her many times starting at 240$ and believe me the 400$ is still a bargain! Just knowing that you’re going to get top notch service is worth the extra 100$ over a 300$ scam. You want the Four Seasons or the Cheap dirty motel?
