Bars for Friday Night - Ideas?

A couple of early-30s dudes out on the piss tonight....would love to hear some ideas.

My first few thoughts are:

Annex Wreck Room - cheap drinks, good music, on the subway line, close to other bars, but it's a young university crowd (never been, supposedly from online reviews).

Mod Club - serving 'til 4am tonight according to website, always good crowd and music.

Madison - no surprises here....decent place to throw back some drinks

Bier Market - same as the Maddy

Mod Club probably has a decent live band tonight.

Bier Markt is in a target rich environment, meaning lots of places nearby.

Thanks to the two guys that responded....Annex Wreck Room left a bit to be desired, Mod Club had closed doors due to a concert, and Revival just down the street from Mod was pretty good downstairs with the house tunes blaring. Would probably repeat at Revival. YMMV.
