when servers and other workers are called Baristas or Team Members by their employers, then you just know they are underpaid and have very little benefits..

It probably wouldn't be difficult to replace baristas with equally-qualified scab workers. How long would it take to teach an apprentice how to pour a cup of coffee, and write someone's name on the cup?

What about the big bucks they spent to acquire the franchise? Just walk away and take the hit?
Corporate can close it then allocate them another franchise

Several of the chains Have done this over the years . location unionized they close it open up elsewhere

Looks like a qualified win.
One voted for the union, one seems unclear, and the third voted no.
The amount of illegal intimidation Starbucks engaged in makes the NLRB forcing a second election a strong possibility. (Of course, second elections tend to fail since the company doesn't really suffer for their intimidation tactics and can just double down.)
