I would like to know the best bar in Ottawa. I mean, a place we're I can drink a beer with fun, pool table, and beautiful ladies just to see. Maybe flirting.

Sir John A Pub, 284 Elgin Street. Busy and casual pub. Female servers are cute and most customers are drinking to enjoy themselves

Maclarens on Elgin. Haven't been in a long time but I remember it has all the ingredients you are looking for and it's downtown so if you want to move around, there is a lot to choose from

Lieutenants pub definitely has a young crowd, (19-25)ish, but more of a club scene. Lot of cute girls if that fits your age demographic.
Also will add the Waverly right next door which is a slightly older crowd. Again lots of good looking people and club scene after 10.
