This is really weird. Alberta already has an NDP government and now the NDP plus Greens might hold the most seats in B.C. Kiss pipelines and LNG goodbye. It really is still up in the air until the recounts are completed. At present the Liberals are but one seat from a majority and in one of the ridings being recounted Courtenay–Comox the NDP has but a 9 vote lead.

Yes, a real possibility. Stranger things have happened in politics (e.g. Alberta went NDP).Assuming the seat count remains the same after recounts, absentee ballots, etc., the NDP could theoretically form a government with a formal coalition or informal agreement with the Greens.
That is now what has happened, the Greens (3) have agreed to support a NDP (41) minority government.Assuming the seat count remains the same after recounts, absentee ballots, etc., the NDP could theoretically form a government with a formal coalition or informal agreement with the Greens.
What's bad for B.C. is good for Ontario except for the equalization payments. Why are so many parts of Canada trying to commit economic suicide?
At least this will tamp down the Vancouver housing market.
better the loony left then then stupid white right. The entire left coast now includes B.C. and is entirely loony left.

The alt right nutcases are water under the bridge in BC. Can you blame that Province that has a huge softwood lumber and dairy industry that Trumpty Dumpty wants to destroy. The entire left coast now includes B.C. and is entirely loony left.
I don't understand why President Trump is supporting Oregon in the soft lumber dispute. Oregon didn't vote for him and probably don't like him.The alt right nutcases are water under the bridge in BC. Since he got less than half the votes in what was essentially a two-candidate contest, if he wants to go out a winner — or Heaven forfend! run again — he's gotta pick up a lot more support than he's earned so far. And the only place to get it from is folks who don't like him.I don't understand why President Trump is supporting Oregon in the soft lumber dispute.
