I think that was the whole idea.WhaWhaWha said:I admire their spirit and enthusiasm. Too bad none of them can actually dance.
Actually, for irish wakes the deceased is often there propped up in an open coffin and I believe in Nawlins, they do have singing and dancing going on during the procession.Mongrel4u said:Hey man... just because I dont find a bunch of silly people dancing (badly) down an aisle at a Wedding entertaining....doesnt mean I'm a stuffy shirt![]()
That was just painful to watch...whats next? Funerals? I cant wait till someone decides to attach strings to the deceased and make em dance like a Marionette to Rappers Delight; because watching that will be just a touch more painful than this.
Like I said...wanna have fun at a wedding? Play some GOOD music for once at the reception so everyone can tear up the dance floor till the wee hours of the morning....I've been to weddings like that and a grand ol time was had by all

This is best done at beach, VEgas and non church type venues!!
And the Bride seemed a bit overweight as well!!
And if people think this little ditty is what makes a marriage so unforgettable and BEAUTIFUL.....arghhhhhh...when does reality REALLY set in???
Just ask us TERB boys!!
An overweight bride in the US. Call Jenny Craig!GOLEAFSGO67 said:But showed total lack of respect and reverance inside a church.

I wonder if using Chris Brown as a theme song is really such a good idea?suburbanhobbyist said:I can't get enough of this. What a fantastic way to start off a marriage!
Gimme a frickin break dude, it's a building with walls and a roof, NOTHING more than a place for people to talk to their imaginary friend.GOLEAFSGO67 said:But showed total lack of respect and reverance inside a church.

If you are addressing your remarks to me, I did not say I am against celebration... nothing wrong with that... I am totally in favour of it be it funeral or wedding... or birth or birthday or whatever!!!blackrock13 said:Ever see a N'Oleans funeral procession? That 's the way I want to be sent off. There's nothing wrong with a send off into married bliss with a sense of celebration. The smiles on the faces of those attending tells me they loved it also.
Intimacy? in front of 100 or 200 people?Perry Mason said:OK! I dissent even if I am the sole dissenter.
Maybe I am old fashioned, but a wedding ceremony is about love, romance, intimacy, emotion, commitment, etc. etc... and, also, about good taste...
I am always in favour of something different from the conventional, staid funeral-like processions that I often see marching down the aisle but, IMHO, this was not it!!

Yes! Of course! Why not?tboy said:Intimacy? in front of 100 or 200 people?
no, I don't, and I won't respond to your attempt at a barb. I don't see how anyone can be intimate with anyone in a massive open church to 100 or 200 people, some of which (dates) one doesn't even know.Perry Mason said:Intimacy: "...generally refers to the feeling of being in a close personal association and belonging together. It is a familiar and very close affective connection with another as a result of entering deeply or closely into relationship through knowledge and experience of the other. Genuine intimacy in human relationships requires dialogue, transparency, vulnerability and reciprocity."
Yes! Of course! Why not?
Do you think it only means fucking or sexuality???![]()
