Here are some awesome tips I got from a pro that have really been key in adjusting my diet with an intensive gym routine. Thought I might share with the more health conscious members of the community. If you stick to it you will see results, period!
-Water/Water/Water!! Drink Water like its going out of style
-cut sugar consumption
-no bread (No WHITE bread)
-no pasta
-no white rice (Only Brown rice)
-no fried potatoes
-only brown rice - excellent source of good carbs
-almonds are good *boosts metabolism
-curry is good *boosts metabolism
-coffee is good *boosts metabolism
-no cooking oil
-no fatty salad sauces (Zesty Italian is good, non dairy is good)
-Sweet potatoes are a perfect source of good carbs
-Lower salt consumption
-No sugar (dont eat too much fruit cause it has sugars..stick to bananas and green apples)
-eat alot of extra lean ground beef for gaining lean muscle
-chicken breast is good
-Low sodium tuna in water is good
-all green veggies are good
-no mayo
-mustard is good
-no milk (or only skim milk in moderation)
-Make sure u consume omega 3 pills..3 times a day..good fats are key to fat loss
-take your vitamin pills
-Use L-glutamine for muscle recovery
-Protein shakes (Morning, pre and post workout)
