Inexcusable of the Ford government. They ran on a platform of managing the finances better than the previous government and are showing signs of being just as incompetent.

I think most of us realize that it is not the actual elected officials that are managing these programs. Perhaps the public/taxpayer should be demanding more accountability from the directors and managers of these programs.

When an auditor takes the time to uncover these examples of mismanagement, is anything ever done?
