The 400 is open but it’s not the same 400 I’m used to. Only 1 girl was working the day I was there also. I guess they all went away for better prospects and less headaches.
But like all headaches, they go away after time and things will get back to normal…

Lotus is a good alternative given Guelph is kind of a hassle now. But like 400 Speedvale the quality can vary. If you want to spend some time with a young, stunning Asian MP attendant go to Toronto (that still has it's challenges but statistically speaking you see better ladies). My latest experience at Lotus following the changes at 400 Speedvale are as follows:
1. Saw a Korean lady, maybe mid-30s.
look: about 5'6" long black hair nice face, even nicer "twins".
Massage: 4/10. Just kind of passed hands over you.
Attitude: 7/10. Cheerful and talkative, at times way too much though but always interesting.
Langauge barrier: none, but not native English speaker.
Overall: would repeat with her to seem if massage was better. Rest of time with her was enjoyable.
2. Chinese lady(?) mid-high 30's.
Look: around 5'5" cute bod, face not for everyone though. Nice voice.
Massage: 9/10, very sensual with corresponding chat. Had this thing where she ran her fingertips over your back& legs. Very nice.
Language barrier: yes, strong accent had to repeat ourselves to each other a lot. No misunderstandings and could speak in sensual tone effectively.
Overall: would repeat but would like to go see others first. Good service from start to finish.
Verdict on Lotus: clean spa, no in-room showers, variable quality of girls but service was worth price and consistent.

Look: about 5'5" long black hair cute face and quite slim & petite bod. Very nice. Cute face.
Massage: 8/10. Quite rushed at times, asked her to slow down. She was quite thorough down to the Achilles tendons, palms and even ears. Thoroughness compensated for the initial rushed approach.
Language barrier: HUGE. She knew all the right nouns though....
Overall: good massage, poor English so as to get in the way of things. Rest of experience good but I sense she was getting run off her feet. Possibly newer to the biz as she was generally disorganized from greeting to payment. Was very apologetic about it. Overall personal customer service not related to session was very impressive- undressed me and then put my clothes back on me right up to tying shoelaces and zipping up jacket and putting on hat - all accompanied with small massage. Was overwhelmed as she did not have to do that. So far every MPA of Japanese origin I have been with has offered me this personal level of attention. Make note of this gents, it's very nice but a little embarrassing watching the poor girl struggle with your Long Johns (note to self, leave them at home).
I noticed that Lotus was busier than normal during my last few visits. Probably time to move on but a bit of a bummer given I have begun to settle in with some regulars there. At any rate I just might take some time off for a bit.
