This is getting almost unbeleivable now Sportsnet is now reporting that Sam Mitchell was involved in some sort of physical confrontation with Vince Carter in November or early December and that Carter thru him down on a massage table this was confirmed by a player maybe 2 and Carters mother lol, this to go along with the fact that Mitchell definitely challenged Alston to a fist fight in Cleveland at half time, not to mention Eric Williams asking for a trade the supposed centerpiece of the Vince deal and the pathetic buyout of Alonzo this is getting really bad i keep hearing Chuck Swirsky and others on what a great job Sam Mitchell and Rob Babcock are doing i cant see it and i cant see even with money to spend in the summers ahead how any players will come to TO.

Drama

This teams got more drama than a soap opera.

The raps are falling apart at the seams. Either fire Mitchelle or get rid of the whole team (except Bosh and Bonner) and start from scratch. It's clear that no one gets along in the locker room.

And now the shit hits the fan as we buy out Mourning for ten million  for basically doing nothing. This trade is looking better and better all the time. It would have done us more good if we traded carter for cash. I give up.

What a fucking joke this team is. We had a marquee player and got a couple of rejects and a retired guy in return.
First, they hire Richie Cunningham as their new GM and another no-name hot head as coach.
We could of had Nash this year to go with Vince, Mo, Jalen and Alvin. Not a bad spread! Look at what we have now. Shit, shit, shit.

God, I miss hockey.

Just as the Grizzlies moved, so will the "Las Vegas" Raptors....it's only a matter of time now.

Carter seems a lot of agressive now. Tonight, he went after Bruce Bowen after Bowen tripped him. In toronto, he would have acted as if he had been run over. He also scored 43 points in 3 quarters, before he got ejected.

Sounds good to me. We used to get better coverage of other sports in the newspapers and TV before the NBA came to our town. How I long for the good old days.

The Toronto media has nothing else to do since the NHL atopped. They stir the pot just to grab viewers. I mean, using Vince's Mom as a source for something that was alledged to happen a few months ago? C'mon, talk about stooping to new lows to get a "story".
As for those players who apparently want a trade? Other than Marshall, none of them are playing anyway. If they were any good they'd be on the floor, but they aren't. Who cares what they want?

Actually the two have a histroy, Bowen took out Carter with a similar move last year (ankle injury) and supposedly Bowen was laughing about injuring Carter at the time. Earlier in last night's game he even gave Carter a dirty looking headbutt. Hate Carter as much you want but Bowen is a total bastard.

Bowen is one of characters that's gets praised for his "defensive" skills when all he does is try to get under the skin of the opposing teams best scorer, and maybe injure/hurt that player if need be.

Except for intentional injuries, sounds like what every team needs. Why do you think the raps drafted Arujo?
