I just got back from Aruba. Great place with a lot of American and Venezuelian visitors. The Venezuelian women were hot. I noted that many were with older men or with guys that were sort of ugly and/or fat which surprised me. Is this typical for South American women?

No, it is not typical. Just symptomatic of a failed economy resulting from failed socialist government policies. Such a pity for a country with vast oil and gas reserves. Venezualians, like their Cuban cousins, need to make a living through sex tourism or they starve to death.

Aruba is on my bucket list of places to visit for sure. I don't think its only a South American behaviour . Women generally dont mind what the gentleman looks like. If he's respectful, generous and safe, most women dont mind the appearance. As long as he's paying or can provide a better life.
