The Argonauts and Edmonton Eskimos have a agreed to a deal that will see the 32-year-old quarterback moving East. The Eskimos have called a media conference today at 4pm et/1pm pt to announce the deal.

Toronto's side of the trade is believed to include quarterback Steven Jyles, kicker Grant Shaw and a first-round draft pick going to the Eskimos.

This deal makes the Argos a much better team. Ray is one of the top QB's in the CFL-most teams would love to have him. He has a few good years left.

what a steal of a deal for Argos! Ricky Ray is a experience and proven QB. All Ray needs is a good offensive line to perform.

Youth???? QB's like Jyles is a dime a dozen. Easily replaceable He's done nothing as atarter any where, a backup QB.

went to the BC/Argo game tonight with anticipation of a shootout. What a major major disapointment!! Firstly, I should have known this league is a joke when the same owner runs 2 teams. The argo offense is indeed offensive!! No imagination, no real excitement. I thought Ricky Ray was brought in to throw the football? Other than giving away gifts to BC dbs the night was full of dunk passes off to Durie and Boyd..boooorrring...If the argos didnt have a credible d fense ,,this game would have been a blowout,,and oh ya,,how about getting some trained refs instead of relying on highschool wannab referees. The star of the game was the head linesman,,,,Hate to say it but Millanovich aint doing his job,,,
