for eg: I was coming out of a club once and I saw this guy basically sitting on a chick in the parking lot, she was on her stomach and he was on her back, holding her arms in a sort of hammer lock.

I started to jump in to pull him off when 2 bystanders said, he's just holding her, she's trying to beat the crap outta him... So this guy let's her up after she says she won't try anything and she immediately pounces on him smacking him and kicking etc. so it takes 3 of us to subdue her again and hold her.....(without hurting her, it is TOUGH).

Anyhow, the cops show up and we explain what was going on and they arrest her for assault. Why was she so pissed? Dude just TALKED to a chick at the bar when he was buying them drinks......

Remember they have no civil rights there and anyone can be jailed, and held without bail, for as long as the authorities desires. 60 minutes did a special on it and there were people in jail who had been there for 5 yrs awaiting "trial".

As for that story I told, he had already gotten scratched and smacked around the first time before getting her under control. But she was sneaky the second time playing possum until he released his grip. I tell ya, when he let her up it was like trying to hang on to a cheetah on speed. With tazers the person is not injured just incapacitated for a short time. Looks inhumane but it isn't. In many localities you will get tazered if you don't follow LE's instructions immediately.
I found the tazering of that woman strangely erotic. Just think I might look around for a submissive who would allow tazering as a sexual act.

I have heard several stories of people who were in fact hurt by the "tazing"...heart attacks, etc. The number of injuries might be fewer now, but I'd have a hard time believing the risk of serious harm was reduced.

Beyond that however is my central point - if a person is not a harm to themselves, others or the officers, why resort to violence at all? Tazer, wrestling to the ground, anything? Are the cops in such a fucking hurry to get to a donut shop that they simply cannot wait for someone to calm down?

Let's be clear - if someone is a THREAT to others (or the police) then they have to be dealt with. But if they aren't (and this woman clearly wasn't - she was just mad and wanted to be heard) what is the point of this?

I bet if she were a 22 year old Paris Hilton wanna be with big fake tits they would still be trying to talk her out of the car right now...
