I did just think of another one. They can use posts/threads/PMs for proof of online stalking and harassment so long as they get a warrant for IP addresses and can match them to the accused.

But again, that would be a specific case where they needed to be here.

I can name a couple of folks who constantly harass others for no valid reason.
