Are Strip Clubs worth the drive to Montreal??

I have trucked to Quebec but never seen the strip clubs

I understand Quebec culture is more relaxed to such things so there are beautiful strippers

Thinking if stopping to see Upper Canada Village on way back to Toronto

Leave Saturday morning to spend
Afternoon and night visiting clubs then back in Toronto Sunday evening

If you’re there, they are worth the visit. I wouldn’t drive all the way there and back. Personally, I liked the Gatineau club, Pigale. Still not worth an 8-10 hour drive to and from.

Not worth it anymore. Bottoms stay on. Less contact than Toronto. Door fees, coat check fees, champagne room fees, bouncer fees. Drinks are expensive. See an escort in Montreal. Much better value.

Back in the late 70s and 80s we used to go to Montreal all the time. The clubs on St. Catherine's were fantastic. I fell in love 2 or 3 times a night

I always thought because Quebec has a relaxed attitude towards stripping more women would do it and that would mean more beautiful strippers.

Montreal was the first to go full frontal, table dancing and contact dancing. I think I spent more time in SC's than I did in classes. After I left Montreal, the SC's (and smoked meat) all went downhill.

No, not worth the drive, its 6 hours each way. But if you have the bucks, its only 1 hour flight. French ladies are hot !

Which clubs are the best? Do they do table dances in the main room? If so, that may make it worth the visit.
Upper Canada Village is amazing

They used to do table dances in Toronto but now all the action seems to be in the the VIP

The higher mileage clubs have always been off the island of Montreal, in the surrounding suburbs or small towns further out. However Covid has changed everything so now all bets are off.

I set cruise control at 115 Kph. I've gone back and forth hundreds of times. The OPP go back and forth on the 401 and I see people stopped all the time, they hide behind bridges, they have cruisers in different colors. Even the Opp SUV's are black in the front and if they come from behind you can't tell its a cop unless you can see the grill with the lights. I also stop several times for coffee, washroom and gas. I stop at the border with Quebec and fill up as the gas is more expensive in Quebec. Leaving Quebec, wait and fill up at a Flying J about 30 minutes out of the border, gas is cheaper then the petrocan right at the border. Then I fill up again at the Flying J at Napanee, the place is great, they even have showers.

There was a time when I made many car trips between Montreal and Toronto before I settled permanently in Toronto.

I think I did those trips in about 5 hours, maybe a bit less. There were often times I clocked over 80 mph (almost 90 mph sometimes). Almost all the trips were non-stop.

I've gone in 4 hours too, but it wasn't my car and I wasn't driving, we stopped only ounce to fill up. I don't take chances anymore, insurance can skyrocket with tickets. I got stopped even at 120 kph, people say cops don't stop you at 120 on the highway , I got stopped, thats why I do 115.

Last time I traveled to Montreal I took the bus. Forgot how long it took. Anyway, when I arrived I had no mode of transport except with my feet (and taxis, public transit).

I had planned to take my bike the next time but the bus company said I had to disassemble the bike enough to pack it in a box. Anyway, I heard Montreal has a good bike share program but I hate riding a strange bike.
