Again as long as the girl is legally an adult it's fine.

But I probably wouldn't be comfortable with doing someone that is like 80 years old mainly cause id be scared of them croaking mid session

I beat ya. I had someone who was 93 years old when I was 22 ish. Thats definitely not something I did feel comfortable with, but people in their 70/80s I have no problems with, thought my clients tend to be fairly young 25-40 on average lately. I'm 30 yrs old now and wouldn't feel comfortable with sleeping with people under 22.

if there ever comes a time i will sign a waiver absolving you of any responsibility regarding any sudden health issues

One provider I'm hoping to see in the coming months is in her early 20's. There is part of me that realizes there's an age gap,, I'm in my mid-40's but at the same time, doing a "May-December" session might be a lot of fun.
