I do not believe anyone blamed Bush for causing Katrina.

His complete and utter disregard for urgency. His inept leadership and inability to focus the resources of (arguably)the worlds number one power on an obviously devastated home region..........yeah I think some people have blamed him for that.

Can't disagree with the first part of your statement though cause those same people elected...or at least accepted...him as their nations leader for two whole terms.

There IS a twisted logic as DB stated. If we ALL believe life is important, what would you do if confronted with an unarmed Hitler just before WW2, and you had a fully loaded gun in your hand. By killing ONE person, you can save millions. Would you do it? Would the same logic would apply to killing one person to save thousands? How about hundreds? Dozens? Would you kill Jeffrey Dahlmer or Paul Bernardo? Then why not an abortionist?

Crazy? yes. Delusional? of course. Condemnable? absolutely. But... logical, in a demented way.
