Agree. Always a balancing act between quantity and quality.The roaming rates on WIND are competitive, at 20c/min. That is competitive with the rates on a basic plan from the big3.
The problem is dead areas inside the wind coverage area. As a hobby phone, not a big deal, but could be an issue if you depend on your phone for work.
Also data on the wind network is very slow, and at peak usage hours sometimes unusable.
At the price they charge, it is a good deal, but you certainly get what you pay for. You will pay twice as much for a worse plan from the big3, but data will be reliable and there will be far fewer dead zones.
