He or she doesn't mention that in her ad.. very deceptive. A guy could go see her and get a very unpleasant surprise.
“Post-op” means that she no longer has a penis and now has a vagina instead. “Pre-op” means that she still has a penis. No unpleasant surprise to be found with a post-op transsexual.

Well yes, I understand what post-op means. But I'm not sure how fully transformational an operation like that is. Is it really that convincing that someone couldn't tell if she had been a man before?

Regardless.. it is still deceptive to not mention you're a post-op trans-sexual in your ad. Maybe some men are ok with being with someone who isn't a real, biological female.. but many straight men, including me, are not.. and don't want to be tricked or fooled.

You obviously have a very limited understanding of biology or gender. Every fetus has organs that can grow into one set of genitalia or another. Ovaries are testicles, labia are scrotums, and a clitoris is a tiny little penis. This woman was born a woman but her body developed differently than the gender she identified with. She took the brave step to bravely correct that surgically. I know one trans woman that you would NEVER guess how she was born. stereotypical feminine voice and facial features. If you had sex with her and she rocked your world and you both came like a motherfucker, who cares ? It doesn't make you gay. Sucking dick and enjoying a dick in your ass and eating man-ass makes you gay (and there's nothing wrong with that either if that floats your boat. It's not something she has to reveal. If you meet her and you're not attracted, don't do the session. If you are attracted, and that confuses you, that's not HER fault. If you are attracted and never knew that she used to have a penis, who cares?

I have a good understanding of biology and sex and gender... and I haven't been brainwashed or brow-beaten by the current politically correct, SJW culture to pretend that gender is that fluid or meaningless. All the good science points otherwise.. and strongly suggests that there are some innate differences between the sexes that start early on when they are babies that cannot be blamed on social conditioning like feminists pretend or want to believe. Watch this documentary for more in depth examination of that:

Hjernevask (Brainwash) 1 out of 7 - The Gender Equality Paradox

Hormones also play a BIG role in differentiating the sexes. A real biological female has different sets of hormones and her chemistry, from her scent, taste, feel, are all carefully engineered by millions of years of evolution to have a strong attraction effect on a biological male that a non-biological female will not have. You cannot pretend that having some surgery to artificially reconstruct genitalia or to implant breasts is going to magically transform you into a real, biological woman with an XX chromosome.

None of this means I bear any grudge or malice or disrespect to the few of those those people who find themselves not easily fitting into the two biological sexes. Nature and biology works on a spectrum, and isn't binary or digital.. so there will always be a few cases of people who feel they are born into the wrong sex. I have empathy for these people.. because it's tragic and not their fault.. and very difficult to "correct."

But I stick to my main point that she or he should be honest that they are a post-op trans in their ad, and not pretend to be a real biological female and fool straight men. It's unethical and wrong. It's not wrong for me as a straight man to not want to be tricked into having sex with a post-op transexual instead of a real, biological woman and I'm not going to be shamed into pretending otherwise. If other straight men have no problem with being with a post-op transsexual, that's their choice and I don't begrudge or judge them for that. Be honest and upfront in your ad and let men decide individually if they want to see such an escort.
