There are many ways I could process/interpret your intentions to the response of me communicating my experience I had with her the other week. You are right its not an excuse and I hope she gets her issue resolved. It is troubling when people who read comments on this board believe its their responsibility to have the so called "talk" about it. If you went to see her and the issue that I described did not happen with you then that is great, but its not for you determine what her actions should have been and whether "we all have bad days" or not.
