Anyone interested in sharing rent for Apt

Not to live there of course. This hobby can get expensive with all the outcalls and hotel rentals. Want to know if anyone would be interested to split rent for private place to do what you like to do best.

Thinking of highrises with good scenery view with quick highway access and within downtown Toronto.

High Park, King/Bathurst Area or Yonge/ St. Clair area

Some of these places can recommend cleaners or can hire cleaning person. Thinking to keeping it to maximum of three people. More than that just gets too complicated and days can be split equally or can alternate or whatever arrangement. Clean place, clean sheets and no hassles from hotel clerks

Was thinking about that but parking but traffic is chaotic south of bloor. If it is this area, I would prefer that it does not go south of wellesley or east of church

yes. i was thinking of that area today. lots of parking and very central... i know of a cleaning company that does laundry and cleans up the place based on your preference from daily to weekly or on a per call basis..

what about yonge/sheppard? relatively quick escapes to east, west, and south
nice area, not a lot of crime or people around, slightly lower rents than downtown

No, I would prefer downtown instead of North York, however it all depends on the building. I am also cuirous whose name is going to register it? I mean whoevers name its under gets priority with exceptions of course. Hopefully, the place is furnished.
