I've had this since I was a teenager. Everytime I would ejaculate, I would feel an overwhelming depression, headache, and stomach ache. It felt like I was literally dying. I've lost many girlfriends over this, and many friends.

ummm... i do feel kinda down the next day or two after ejaculating... and feel very sleepy all day.. plus have a foggier brain. :/ didn't think i had POIS. I do get stomach aches if i've been jacking off for 12 hrs straight and have had 3 powerful ejaculations or so :/

Only problem I've ever had after ejaculatijng is if I have sex when I haven't completely cleared out my bladder. Pressure builds up and gets very painful even if I pee right afterwards. Rarely happens to me anymore because I'm careful to have a nice long pee beforehand.

Sorry to hear that OP; that's rough!

The most I've had is sleepiness and a complete lack of interest in continuing sexual activities, but it only lasts about 5 minutes. And quite often that doesn't happen at all.
There are a couple times when I've felt "down" after an orgasm as well, but again...it lasts only about 5 minutes.

What the hell kind of friends were they?? I can understand how it could affect a relationship, but how does a medical issue affect your friends?
