maybe too much room in the detention caenters or just too much court time available ........... gotta keep the wheels of justice rolling ....can't have employment Canada lines plugged up with crown prosecuters and judges!!!!!

Yeah the kw cops are terrible.... they hassle me for my exhaust instead of recovering lost police side arms and such....
