A. Don't fight tanks with horses

The "fighting tanks with horses" bit is a bit of an urban legend. Basically Poland had elite calvary units (like most other countries including Germany) and horse drawn artillary. There were a couple of charges, but they were last ditch attempts against infantry units, not tanks. However, the Germans filmed some of these charges and made it seem like they were charging tanks. They used this for propaganda purposes showing how inferior other countries armies were to their own and that they were unstoppable.
