I was there in November and saw Kerry. She had been positively reviewed. Attractive in girl next door way, very friendly personable and close to GFE (CBJ). You won't find too many independents in Winnipeg since the escort scene is gang-controlled. There are many agencies listed in the phone book, offering some "interesting" choices. They all seem to have the same price: " $150 up to the hour". What that really means is $150 to show up, and stay for maybe 30 minutes. If you want her to do anything other than just talk, you will need to tip her. "How much have you got?" will be her question; she won't tell you what you will get until you fork over the money. And then you may still be disappointed. If you want a lady to stay for more than 30 minutes, you will have to make prior arrangements with the agency. $300 for an hour, plus the tip for the girl, and you still won't know what you will get.
At least, this has been my experience the few times I've tried the services there. If some terbites can recommend some independents with whom they have had a very good experience, that would be great. But make sure you stay safe, buddy. The girls I met were quite dedicated to their agencies, and there was no way they would ever go independent. Reading between the lines, I think they were afraid to.
So stay safe, and don't expect too much for your money. Ottawa is quite the bargain basement paradise by comparison.

I have a little experience in the peg and I have to say that it is a great place for hobbying. With the exception of London ON I have yet to find better quality for the price anywhere. I've only sampled 3 Mandy, Venus and Cindy FF (goes by Oshean now) but I would like to see Aqua Lynn, Jessica and Kerry. There was also some other young hot girls advertising on EC in the past few months that are no longer there. Of the three I saw, Oshean was a great experience but expensive for the area 240 she offers bbbj which is rare for the peg. Venus was not bad but more mechanical than I like and only 1 sog.
