Any one elses' pics being stolen??

I was just told about this new site by a friend whose pics were stolen and put up there,,,sure enough mine are too. I am sure there are a lot of the ladies here and elsewhere that might want to check this out as I am certain they do not want to be associated with this site. I know I sure as hell don't.

I have sent a complaint to the webmaster but do not know how effective it will be. Anyone have any ideas how to go about making this guy remove my pics and info?

The legal jurisdiction appears to be the US, which should mean you can send a DMCA takedown notice to ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc and they'll be required to take some kind of action. Kind of hairy though:

If they don't want to take them down and you are not prepared to sue them there isn't much you can do.

Wasn't there a case in the U.S. where someone published Cameron Diaz's pics and he was sent to prison (just like Conrad and Wesley went to prison but for different offenses)?

All submissions to TOsluts.com are verified to make sure that they are not an agency, that the pictures are real and that the girl answers the phone herself.

This business in Toronto is extremely competitive and there are tons of scams going on. Other sites are 80% (I am not exaggerating) agency ads and fake pictures. We sometimes get a competitor claiming to be the girl and asking to be removed, they disappear very quickly once we start asking them to verify their information...

The first difference with that case, is the name. I am not Kiarra, I am not Kiarra Williams.

It shouldn't matter what is your real name. Is that the real YOU in the pics? If yes, then it is identity theft. Yes? For example, I don't know if Cameron Diaz is her real name either but those pics were of the real Cameron Diaz.

BTW My real name is not Gaylord Rockslinger. I know, I know, you are shocked. But those pics in your sig line are of a real person (me!).

The other sites are charging $$$ for advertising, this site charges zero, nada, nothing. You tell me who is more objective.

Any advertising here that is found to be from an agency, fake pics or bs will simply be removed.

Perhaps I inadvertantly promoted the site but I don't see any other way of letting sp's know that they are being used this way do you? I don't think it can be considered 'free advertising' when I am not receiving the benefits from being advertised on this site and to be honest I do not consider myself or the majority of sp's to be 'sluts' and I don't like being associated with a site that refers to us that way. I also know that I did not answer any phone calls where I was asked to give permission to use my pics and I sure as hell did not agree to be part of any promotional 'free hour'. I highly doubt any of the other ladies did either.
