Any insight with respect to this CL lady

Just wondering if anyone has any insight to this CL lady. I noticed for the last few weeks that she has an ad posted at CL every few days.

mik_eottawa makes a good point. The number is on my ongoing CL avoid list along with 14 other reasons to avoid OAN, both the list and article can be found on my blog.

Another fine collaborative effort to get to the bottom. I did call the number as well. Spoke to some guy with a heavy foreign accent. Apparently the lady can hardly speak any English and is somewhat new to the capital.
