A girl I know will be working there. It is owned by the same owners as Taj and most of the girls that are going to be woking there will be coming from the there. The were having licensing problems, not sure if everything has been straightened out yet.

Parlour to the area, which is a mix of commercial and residential
properties. Many homeowners feared that the parlour might
attract unwanted elements, namely the mini–van driving soccer
and hockey dads with baby on board stickers attached to their
rear view windows who usually frequent these kinds of places

From what I've been able to find out is they obviously thought there would be no problems relocating... went ahead and secured a location... fixed it up... promoted it... and then weren't allowed to open. Seems pretty stupid that they wouldn't have approval before spending all that time and money.Jolee said:
