You will get more help if you put CHLOE in the thread title. You might be able to change your title.
Also there is a search function in every area. try it out.
Always best to search before starting a new thread... I know it happens lots , but the terbites that have been around awaile get tired of new threads for same issue. Example .. you could have searched and then added your post to an existing one.
