I want to get a full sleeve tattoo done, and I'm looking for an artist to help me design it.

If anyone's interested that would be great.

Have you considered booking a consultation with a tattoo artist? When I got my tattoo I had to get the artist to draw it first because it only existed in my head and he was able to give me exactly what I wanted. A good Tattoo artist might be better suited to this, and all it took in my case was a deposit on the tattoo.

the advice gramage gave is good..any reputable tattoo artist can design you something.

key is choosing the best tattoo artist to capture the style you are after. each artist has their own particular style or forte. are you looking for something japanese? black and grey? realistic? portraiture? someone who does bold colourful tattoos may not be as skilled at something like portraiture, which takes a light touch...

if you know what you are looking for, and can describe it or post some photos of stuff you like, perhaps those of us that know artists working in this city could suggest someone.

I met a guy in Guelph who is a great tattoo artist. His name is Mac, or Mack, and you'll have to do your own research to find him.

I've seen a lot of his work and he is amazing.

Last time I spoke to him he was booked 6 months in advance.

You can probably track him down with a few phone calls.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I have most of the pieces of art I want to incorporate, it's just putting them together is the problem. I guess I should just go back to my regular artist.

I'm torn between getting the Japanese style or a tribal. I have some great art for both but I'm leaning toward Japanese because like lots of colour.

Anyway I was just hoping someone on here was a talented artist or really enjoyed drawing.

Thanks again.

I'd recommend going to check out the Northern Ink Exposure convention in Toronto in a couple weeks, you can talk to some of the artists and look at their books to see if someone is best suited to the style you want.
