Any good suggestions for after work drink and eye candy downtown?

Somtimes when I get off work, I just feel like being by myself and grabbing a drink and look at hot chicks and even perhaps chat one up ...

Unfortunately, I do not know where to go. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

I hear Yorkville on Thur/Fri afternoons is good for hot chicks. They're gold diggers, but they're still hot.

Four seasons has a lounge. Windsor Arms hotel, expensive drinks. Hemingways is always good.

In the downtown core, Bymark (TC Centre) is a good place to hang. The place is overly expensive but this is generally compensated for by the eye candy. Some ladies are clearly there to be seen and hopefully picked up.

MMMM ... please elaborate Sir! Sounds good!!! Where is the TC Centre? Did you mean the TD building where the restaurant Canoe is?

Another thing is, I have a young boyish look, do you think these girls, I mean women would like me? LOL I am interested in women in their 30's-mid 40's though. They tend to be more confident in their sexuality and are more open and liberal about things. I am not really attracted to girls in my age group (mid 20's). I don't know why that is ...

Oops! Yes I mean the TD Centre. Sorry for the typo. Bymark is at the south side of the towers. You can enter either from street level (I believe it's Wellington street back there) or from the PATH. There's a small bar upstairs. I was in the restaurant downstairs where I noticed the ladies hanging around but I've heard the upstairs is pretty good too. I don't know what days are good - YMMV I guess.

Given the location it's obviously the financial types who go there. Most of the ladies I noticed seemed to be mid 30s. If you go there keep in mind that everyone will be dressed professionally.

At the range!!!
I second Hemingway's. The black bull patio on Queen is great after work.

Downtown

Hooters is good for eye candy for some but not my type. Most girls are there are in 20's.

Black bull has an amazing spot for outdoor patio to watch eye candy go by. Girls there are late 20's not looking to meet.

Some ladyfriends of mine in your target range go to shmooze Easy on 5th for the vary reason. However, they go after their own age group as they figured those men may be more 'successful' but deep down they are cougars at heart. So if thats your purpose, consider dress more mature, dark colour sports jacket or in suits.

In financial area, tons of bars targetting the Bay street type. Reds, The Keg on York, The old Traders Vic, many on front west of University Joe B's and others.

The ladies at 4 seasons bar around the time of Film Festival were definite hot. So are the ones going into Hyatt with hotel bars some are SP.

Sounds good ... I will probably hit this place up on Thursday after work.

As for attire, I just like to be casual stylish, if that makes any sense. All I wear is a shirt and tie. I hate jackets or blazers, they are uncomfortable and "sluggish" if you know what I mean. But yeah, the problem I have is not being as established as older men which is a real disadvantage when hitting on women in their 30's-mid 40's. I just want to have some fun and stuff so I hope they understand ... hehe ... so being "established" or not shouldn't really be an issue as we aren't looking to be long term mates. But then again, being with men who are "established" is an afrodisiac for women. Ad disadvantage for me ... :(

DM........I would strongly suggest you also put on a pair of pants. Most establishments won't let you onto their premises if you're wearing that "Rusty Tromb look" (think signature pic).

I don't like to put pants on because I like to show off my package. Women approach me because of my unorthodox pick up approach: just show them the goods and they will come. My problem is, as you may have already know, showing off my package in a place where single women hang out ...

BTW, anyone notice the many beautiful ladies hanging out at bookstores after work, especially the Indigo and Chapters on Bloor? I wonder why that is. And I wonder if they would feel offended if someone tried to talk to them ... hmmm ...

LOL.....the day I stop looking at a man is when I am six feet under!

I've found that walking a dog will attract all kinds of attention from women, it's amazing how I'm suddenly a trustworthy nice guy.
Even more so if you are strolling or carrying a baby.
Perhaps you could borrow or rent one after work?
