Exactly so people in this thread are connecting this to Caribana which is an event mainly with people of colour (albeit I did see a fair amount of white people on the road) and responding with outrage and racist dog whistles. And I’m just pointing out the hypocrisy that no one is in outrage in a thread where a white guy killed 2 people during the same weekend. That’s what I’m getting at. It’s not about the crime that you guys are upset about it’s the fact that “white nationalists” like KidTwist referred to use this incident as an opportunity to shit on immigrants and make racist comments towards minorities.

and for the record I think an innocent life being lost is a shame and the suspects should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
