I would love to jc but Donato has shown no contrition for the first insurrection. Now he's latched on to the rant of a comical madman, I don't see this ending well. A US coup would be bad for Canada.

What I don't get is what skin in the game Michael Flynn has in this. If the coup fails, he has the most to lose. He'll be court-marshaled and potentially face a firing squad.

I basically agree.
It is clear that the anti-democratic movement in the GOP is not limited to Trump (and they would benefit in many ways from him dying so they don't need to deal with his bullshit anymore).
But Trump is still around stirring shit up, making the debate they are having on whether or not violence is needed to seize power or if at can be done just by changing election laws much messier.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff have made it very clear that they support The Constitution, that should have been a clear message to General Flynn. If a second insurrection fails, he will not be tried in a civil court. So why is he French kissing with Sidney Powell?
