Are you sure he jumped ? I was there for the last few days was woken up from him screaming opened the door cops and dogs out side the hall went back in my room went to check out and swat pushed me back into my room the hall was coverd with them, and all had guns and had the whole hall set up like a movie. He was across the hall from my room.

I'm not sure of what I'm sure of...just know with 2 out the window in three weeks at this location and dogs, cops and guns...I'm not going anywhere near Motel 6 or anywhere other than the first floor.
He never ended up out the window his friend just told me he was saying he would jump if they came in he was just hangout outside, either way I agree with you that, its not the best place
