When I post these bait and switches I wait a day or so and send the picture link to them, this is what one "agency" wrote back:

"if I choose to use a photograph that is similar to someone that wants the photo posted.....I will do so. "

They have no idea how wrong this is, the question i always ask how terrible can the real girl be if they have to put a fake picture in there ad, and claim that the pictures are real!!!

Agreed Cowboy Kenny, I don't know about you but I feel fully cheated when the girl shows up and is nothing like her 'picture'.

Minimally, from a legal standpoint, its copyright infringement and conversion. At least they didn't use her face, which could open the poster up to all sorts of liability.

CK, you should have pretended to be an attorney and threatened a copyright infringement action along with a formal "takedown notice" to CL. That would have probably gotten it removed within hours.

Instead of sending the link to the original pic to the faker, perhaps send the link to the CL ad to the site they stole the pic from. Maybe a few of them will teach the fakers a lesson. Some of those sites have to be pissed ..... then again, maybe not. We all just visited their site due to the faker, slim chance we would have ever done that if not for the faker ...... and CK for digging up the original. *lol*

I too can't fathom how CK does it ....... if he could develop software to search for pics without knowing their names he would make a killing! Think of all the legit sites that would pay to know if they're being infringed upon ........

I won't venture an explanation for the fake photo. Perhaps it is as the Cowboy was told, that the agency for which she works used the photo at their discretion. I just TOFFT and can say that this girl is the real thing.

She is (as described in this and previous ads) a true GFE, beautiful, very sweet, down to earth, pleasant company. The fake photo cited in the Cowboy's post above, though of another girl, DOES look like Brooke.

A definite repeat for me no question.
