I’m very sorry you had a bad experience and had to wait.
Although we strive for perfection, on occasion mistakes happen and delays occur.
This happens in every domain in life and all we can do is try to do better.
Unfortunately, the finer things in life aren’t always readily accessible.
If their was a delay, it was because the hostess was busy. Which is a good sign and means your at the right place.
Keep in mind, we do leave a 15minute interval between sessions to avoid these delays.
These delays are unfortunately the by product of success.
For example, if you go to a fine dining restaurant, you may have to wait as oppose to going to Mac Donald’s
While our goal is not to make you wait, their is a possibility of it happening every now and then.
With that said, it would much more productive and much more appreciated if when a member has a problem, they approach management and deal with this issue in a mature manner and opposed to going online bashing the business and it’s hostesses when you haven’t even given us an opportunity to fix anything.
While this may not have occurred to you, we have countless incidents where members might be late for appointments, last minute cancellations or one of a million things that might happen during a day. But we approach these members in a professional and courteous manner when we can. We don’t complain about it online like a high school girl. I find myself at a lost with people who prefer to complain instead of fix an issue, especially when I make myself so available. I can only imagine that you would prefer complain as opposed to find a solution to a problem where the result would make everyone much happier.

Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to post here. We've met in passing a couple of times at the club and I've enjoyed your hugs, generous drink pours, attention to detail on my account, and friendly greetings. Mine are the experiences of a regular client, and a happy client
Usually I session on evenings or weekends when I can block out some time and enjoy the club ambiance. No point in coming in stressed out and on a time crunch. Usually I come up the elevator, am greeted at reception, taken to a room, and the MA comes in. The longest I've waited is 5 minutes, but I'm content to sit in the chair, sip my water or Rum & Coke, listen to the piped-in music, and reflect on how lucky I am to be in a luxury room about to visit with a gorgeous MA.
A couple of times I was informed of delays and given the option of waiting in the room or behind the curtain in the bar. I've waited in the bar, enjoyed the vibe, and was taken to the room when the lady was ready. These were very minor delays, and best to session when both parties are relaxed and ready.
On other occasions I prearranged to meet the MA for drinks prior to the session, and let reception know what was happening in advance or on arrival. That gave the MA and I a bit of personal time in the upscale bar setting. Then we were reminded of our appointment and headed to the room at exactly the right time. A relaxing and enjoyable experience made easier by some communication and the professionals at Alpha.
Sorry to hear that others have had some difficulties, but that's life sometimes. Nothing's ever perfect, especially in a complex organization such as yours. Don't know how you keep up with the scheduling, bookings, human complexities, online drama, etc. Alpha's a hive of activity, and the reception ladies are the Queen Bees
If there's ever an issue, rest assured that I'll be reaching out to resolve it behind the scenes as a first step, not kvetching about it on TERB.
Some TERBians seem to think that I have some sort of connection to Alpha, but I'm a member and that's all. Jessica and I have met a few times in passing, our interactions have been brief, cordial, and professional. I receive zero considerations for my postings, haven't asked for anything, and don't expect anything.
I have the privileges of membership, riding the elevator, sessioning, and purchasing drinks at the bar. Always appreciate my visits, the feminine aura at the club, and great times with strong, intelligent, motivated, and ddg women.
