What makes me nuts is when she wants to cool the bedroom from 74 to 72, and figures that fastest way to do that is by turning the a/c thermostat down to 60!

Why are our houses in f and everything else in c, my house is the same, I would never describe outside weather in f but inside temp all the time, weird. 80 is crazy, I might top out at 73 if I have a chill, then usually open a window soon after.

Haha ;) 80 with me sounds fun in any season! :)

This temp debate is actually super accurate. I'm team hot and I suspect many women are the same lol!

80 with a naked Chloe I think I could handle it.
I doubt it. You have started 200 threads and virtually nothing to indicate visiting escorts

So close and yet so far.

My house is in Celsius. I keep it at 21 in the winter, 23 in the summer. I'm old enough to be able to switch between F and C pretty easily, something that cannot be said for some younger people who grew up in Celsius. When we're in the US I have to translate for my kid!

I'm single again so no battle. Max 68 and sweaters ( that's 20 kids).
Rarely do I entertain, but I will shovel extra coal so my guest is comfortable.

I saw a Curb Your Enthusiasm where Larry had an African American family living with him and they liked keeping the temperature over 80 degrees. They intimated that that is a racial preference. Any truth to that?

I never learned Celsius so everything is in Fahrenheit for me. I hate metric but since I sometimes need to convert, I downloaded a unit converter app. Temp in my house is 69. I like that number.

Because you haven't bought and installed a C˚ thermostat yet? Or switched your dual-mode one over? But as you know, the boiler\furnace doesn't care about either scale; it's just On or Off.

For those of us with the with Celsius thermostats: Does yours go in fractions or just whole degree steps? A difference of one Fahrenheit degree is more or less .5 Celsius, and it's certainly enough to be felt. Howcum we sheepishly follow media usage and ignore those significant half-degrees?

Europeans don't.
