I personally like the girls from PTE because I know that Michelle chooses them well and I am sure that I will have a great time. They may charge as much as IN or what is now called Elite but that's the price that is now the standard for most out of towners.
On a business note in terms of incentive well its like anything else why would I go and spend time traveling for 4 hours of car ride if I'm going to make the same amount of money in another city? I view it as a sort of favor that they come here instead of me having to go to Montreal and spend a hotel for 100-300 a night + car or train or plane.
To me its like a credit card, they offer convenience. I just need to give the cash and take the time to do the crime :0)
By the way please bring Amy back ....with Jen at the same time :0)
