For anyone not interested in trying to parse information from Mitch's links, the NTSB report from yesterday confirmed the Blackhawk was being flown between 250 and 350 ft, where the max ceiling for the route they were cleared for is 200 ft. Loach was a well qualified pilot as were two others on the flight and at this point, they aren't able to determine who was at the controls.

But it must be the woman's fault o_O

How were they well qualified pilots.....LMAO 67 people died!! Worst plane collision in 20 years!!

Only one air traffic controller working, when there should have been two!! The whole accident was a cluster fawk!!
