Not at all. We worked out together a couple times but then we realized we have different workout routines. Aerobics classes? No thanks. Spinning? Yawn. And chicks don't do much weights so strike three.

But I'll take that envy as a compliment.

"Spinning" is where you have a classroom full of exercise bikes with an instructor bike up front. The instructor puts on music and goes through different programs, varying the speed and resistance of your cycling.

There was a funny commercial about it a few years ago, can't find the vid.

Aerobics and spinning classes are great ... if you get a spot behind a hot chick, and enjoy the view.

Dude you are a gym regular and have never heard of spinning? Man I haven't been to a gym in 10 years and ive heard of spinning. Ok I heard about it at a party by some chick that said I should do it and I told her what my version of spinning was and she didnt like the idea so we parted ways but hey at least Ive heard of it loser
