Amateur or Pro?

I've been hobbying for a couple years, although only recently found out about terb and joined.

I've never been to or met with a girl from an agency - I used CL erotic services in the past to meet so called amateurs, and now BP. I know my way's a bit of a crap-shoot, but I've really enjoyed every encounter with the girls I've seen (although as mentioned in a previous post I've had to turn several girls away). I guess it's my fantasy that it's a somewhat more natural encounter.

Maybe there's two types of hobbyist - those who prefer "amateurs" and those who prefer "pros"?

I'm wondering why some guys prefer agency girls?

Right, I should have used the word Independent rather than Amateur. That's why I said "so called amateur" - because I didn't think of indie - I'll use independent/indie from now on :)

OP thinks that CL/BP stuff is amatuer, and agency girls are pro, while he still thinks its a "crap-shoot".

Not sure what he is trying to get into...perhaps he is feeling a bit delusional. Only amatuer you can find now a days are ... non existent. Every girl is a pro to an extent, just have to know where you are coming from.

Cheers, and happy fishing as they say!

So, what do we call a young lady whom, after a few appointmets, decides that she wants to see you on her own time, dine with you and then have sex with you simply because she likes you?

Repeatedly.

Who said anything about that topic?

Just fun, recreational carnal knowledge between two people who enjoy each other's company.

Don Draper's (repeat) fantasy?
No Sir. Not in the least.

A great pleasure that it happened, yes. A fantasy, no.

Certainly, I can not mention any of the young ladies name's here for obvious reasons.

It certainly doesn't happen every single time, but it has happened more than once and it is a very flattering experience.

Years after her retirement, I still continue to date my ATF and it is always a joy to see her.

I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about here - I wrote "so called" because at the time I couldn't think of the term "indie" which I'll use from now on... but calling me "delusional" is a little like the pot calling the kettle black. I know what I'm after is just a fantasy. And the "crap-shoot" I write of is that I imagine in contrast to an agency girl who is in a way, to turn a phrase - "factory tested and certified" so-to-speak, the girls I choose to see from BP don't advertise everyday, and don't have their own websites.

My thought on the term "pro" - just because someone takes my $ doesn't mean they actually know what they're doing - it's not a realistic gauge of someone's experience or ability. And just because I pay the same rate for some "service" or other doesn't mean the service from one is the same as the next - Is anyone familiar with the idea of the 10,000 hr rule? "Throughout the publication (Outliers), Gladwell repeatedly mentions the "10,000-Hour Rule", claiming that the key to success in any field is, to a large extent, a matter of practicing a specific task for a total of around 10,000 hours." (wikipedia) - Think about it - How long did it take you to get good, let alone professional at what you do? Good luck ladies!! ;) So maybe like "amateur", the term "pro" is also a misnomer?
